just seen the new(?) bowling for soup video on mtv - they're dressed as motely crue - cann't tell you to much more coz i was laughing so much!
no prizes for guessing who the fat guy was......

pre-occupied with 85 I think - it also contains the line "when did motely crue become classic rock" - it's just so funny! An old glammie writes some of their stuff a bit like CC and good charlotte - i cann't remember the guys name - lew knows it, Glen somebody I think..... Sorry I'm not too up on Bowling for Soup so I couldn't tell you who the secret glam influence is! I'd laugh my ass off if it was someone like "Dizzy" Dean Davidson from Britney Fox/Blackeyed Susan!!

The guy who writes with Bowling For Soup is Butch Walker who used to be in Southgang and Marvellous 3, the man's a frickin GOD! He also writes stuff for Avril Lavigne but it doesn't match the BFS stuff.
He's got a couple of solo albums out too which are nothing short of awesome!
BFS are gonna be great at Rock City next week - if you've not seen them make sure you make the effort. Ignore all the 'punk pop' references they get, they're just a great rock band.
Jaret is a massive fan of Robin Black too!

Christ, I toured with BFS ages ago with [Spunge]... the video your on about is 1985 where they dress up as a whole loada "character's" supposedly from 1985 lol...damn I'm too young to remember *angel*
